Screen Acting GYM Cancellation & Refund Policy
An actor’s life can be pretty tricky to schedule, and we always try to be as accommodating as possible when unexpected things come up. However, as places are limited and individual preparation goes into each actor’s session, we have to maintain a clear cancellation policy.
If you cancel more than 72 hours before your session
If you notify us in writing more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a refund minus a £10 administration and scene-research fee.
The £10 fee covers the administration and research time already spent selecting and preparing your individual scene/material.
If you cancel within 72 hours
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
We are also unable to offer refunds for missed sessions or cancellations caused by personal travel or transportation issues, including train or Underground strikes, cancellations or delays.
If we cancel your session
If Owning IT Acting Studio cancels the session, you will be offered a place at the rescheduled event or you can choose to receive a full refund.
The £10 administration and scene-research deduction does NOT apply when the cancellation is made by Owning IT Acting Studio.
Please keep in mind that we cannot reimburse travel or other associated costs if an event has to be cancelled or rescheduled.
All refunds will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original booking.
